My book Kolonialsjukhuset (The Colonial Hospital) is now for sale at the legendary bookshop Shakespeare and Company at 37 Rue Bûcherie in Paris. In the fifties, the book shop was frequently visited by Beat poets like Allen Ginsberg and William S. Burroughs who lived close by at the Beat Hotel at 9 Rue Gît-le-Cœur. The hotel where Burroughs completed his Naked Lunch.
